For those who can't sleep at night wondering which CRM vendors were in the Top 30 as of Feb 2002 .... aspnews.com Note that the top 15 were listed alphabetically. The next 15 were listed ... uh ... one at a time ??? TED

Good gosh I guess Richard put a sales job on this guy as well! After all all here is a quote from him,"Indeed, a few weeks ago, Richard, as dynamic as ever, came to my office and told me how his new company Firstwave is going to change the face of customer interactions. I am now a believer and I’ll tell you why." Then he goes on and tells stories as to how FSTW is going to be different! Good gosh again this is nothing new! I have never meet or talked to the editor of this story, Rich Tehrani, but I have a feeling he can read and judge people as I feel I can, and what he saw in Richard Brock is what I saw, a reborn again high techie that will make FSTW into a very successful company!
