You like to give the Reluctant Republican congress credit, and that's all right, but don't you remember all the show downs on the budgets. Clinton had to force the Repubs. to go along by letting funding run out almost every time he submitted his budgets, and the public endorsing Clinton's and applying pressure on Congress to get the budgets passed.

You must be one of those "Ditto Heads" and believe everything Rush spews out.
