You have to adjust QCOM's sales by the sales value of their royalty stream to make the an "apples-to-apples" price to sales comparison.

On another note to all. I was off by only 1 cent in my forecast for this quarter 30 cents vs. my 29 cents. The additional penny (to 31 cents) was the catch up for someone who under-reported royalties to the tune of $14 million pre-tax ($9+MM after-tax).

Did anyone notice that $14MM in revenues at 5% royalty represents $280MM in sales dollars (and $310MM at 4.5%)? Assuming these were older phones with lower ASP (say $150), this is 2MM phones that got missed. Wonder who?
