Here's my 5c of imagination. "I am trying to envision the future of Germany in about 5 years. Most people will have full employment in education. Teaching Chinese German and CAD and other things necessary to help them figure out how to develop German products and run German factories in China etc..." No, it does not make sense. Maybe ... - can I have another try - "Most people will be on the way from one job to another. A sizeable portion will spend a part of their time for continuous education. Large classes on Mandarin and Parsi and Kiswahili. Sizeable proportion of jobs will be in the so-called 'stem-the-tide' segment, teaching new arrivals German, telling them about Lorelei, Goethe, Heine, Wagner, Walser" There's two ways to see the future - as a problem or as an exciting chance. What one decides for, does not influence the outcome, so lets be selfish - I vote for exciting possibilities.
