I think every contract has a performance clause but that's normally just a part of the payments as I mentioned before. If you write a contract like that you will not get any money before every acceptance clause has been met then it can take for ever to get any money at all.Even GSM systems and CDMA systems that has been out for years have a lot of problems.You will never get the last fault you can only get them to a acceptable level in a Mobile network.It's to much software to even think about testing everything before delivery.Especially when you have a major upgrade with new functions every year.
