I suppose one might consider those that did not vote a de-facto approval of the President's agenda. There certainly is no way to profess their votes don't count, as it was demonstrated that voting does indeed have an affect.

Anyone who doesn't vote gives up their right to complain about any government actions, IMO. You want us to be like Iraq where if you don't turn up to vote for the only candidate running you end up in jail?
