Steve -- if you knew how many LWIN shares I bought between $12 and $20 per share (and still hold) ...

Ask yourself this...if you wanted to buy a company b/c it 'supposedly' has some valuable assets, and that co was on the verge of bankruptcy, would you

a) buy the company out and deal with paying shareholders, dealing with goodwill and assuming debt

OR

b) Let the co go bankrupt and pickup the pieces u like at their firesale where everything is 90% off?
