The Stockwatch data was accurate as of the last quarterly financials. The problem is coming up with an accurate number since that time....

Private placements are one source of shares, but you have to be careful, as many don't close, or don't close for the exact amount, then there's the matter of greenshoe options.

Of course, private placements are easy compared to the exercise of warrants and shares. If they're held by insiders, OK, assuming they actually file insider insider reports. Hint: do a Stockwatch search on "failure to file insider". Remember, that's just the ones that get caught.

If the options and warrants are held by non-insiders, and most are, well, forgetaboutit until the next financials. Exercise for the reader: Try to get to 5,379,000 from 4,134,000, using the known shares that have been issued. Best of luck.

I like your suggestions, but won't be holding my breath, I fear.

Regards,

WillP
