Yeah, JNJ made a mighty corrective – looking advance on the daily / weekly in the recent months. Definitely worth watching. City does look like a bear bit it… just as it hit its 200d MA, and just before it was able to reach its (now) declining 200w MA. Just look how elegant MMM chart would appear IF it decides for another swing up! –g. It might complete an Ending Diagonal on the hourly chart, right into the $132 area, which is the trendline resistance on the daily, weekly AND monthly charts. By then shorts may give up, and the terrain could be set for a nice bumpy mogul race downhill! -bg.

Shack, re the SOX, how have you concluded the top of the A wave is in? This move from the Oct bottom to recent highs looks like one wave to me. Guess I think the top of A is higher and a ways out yet. I would suspect it to be 5 wave affair and we are in the 2. I also think one should be able to count 5 little waves in the 1, and I think I do. All in all I'm looking for a huge ABC in the SOX, over the next several months, before the next tank job. There are lots of bears around and it appears to me like they let their bearish outlook influence their counting (not saying you do).
