Of course, I've read from several from this thread: claiming that MAD worked so well between the Soviets and United States during the Cold War - that Saddam having nukes will not be dangerous, even implying that it is stabilizing...conviently forgetting that they were (probably) in favor of unilateral disarmament in this period.

As though they were in favor of Reagan's placement of Pershing missiles in NATO. LOL
