Zeev,

Do you mean secular or cyclical? If you are saying "next" secular, you are suggesting that the bear from 3/10/00 ended recently and that it was secular. Therefore we would now be in a secular bull. I don't think you mean that. If you do, fine, but from reading your stuff lately that doesn't seem to be where you are at. My impression has been that you think we may be in a cyclical bull now and are still in a secular bear
