(1)Still only looking at $BPCOMPQ because it contains all
stocks on Nasdaq.Good Big sample.
(2)Now looking at RSI of $BPCOMPQ too.
(3)Since good buy signals take off to up side real fast,
looking to use that fact by setting stop loss at low just
before signal.
(4)Example: Buy Signal on 4/5/01, so set stop loss at previous Low on 4/4/01. Use closing basis.
