Jr. apparantly thinks not.... But, of course, there was nothing binding about him going to the UN in the first place except to get world opinion behind him. It would appear, that if he wants to, he can invade anytime he wants unless he really cares about what the world thinks and I think he does.... I doubt an invasion will take place...terms will be found for face saving on both sides and Jr. will proclaim victory.... War, based on current agreements, will not take place before next winter since the agreement consumes time through the end of February... We will not attack or fight in the summer because of the possibility of chemical use...
