I was too bullish too early, too bearish at the bottom, or I would have a bunch of doublers right now, as opposed to only a couple, plus a few losers. Don't want to do that again. I don't know about a SOX 500 to 700, just see higher levels than the recent high. Like you I think I'm going to reload a few on the bottom of this 2 (b). It appears to me there has been some strong accumulation in specific areas, since the bottom. Plus there has been some sporadic insider buying. I also think there is a lot of liquidity in the system, but that doesn't mean it goes where we want it to. On another note my favorite area once again however is golds. Since the early June top we've had a 5-3-(?). I think the question mark is a 3 and we've just completed the 2 of that 3. I have a paper that maintains one of EWT's faults is that it has too many degrees of freedom, that show up most notably in the 2 and the 5 (or EWT is largely incorrect during the 2 and the 5). With regard to the (2) corrective another approach, maybe better, is a 5-3-3. Standard TA indicates this highly likely re the current XAU. It appears the XAU weekly could be finishing up a 2 (a 5-3-3) and will soon go on to the 3. The 3 will be an affair to be in, so I'm accumulating juniors here, slowly but surely. There are several that appear to be putting in bottoming patterns. FWIW shack. Give us one last smack down on the XAU!stockcharts.com [l,a]waclyiay[df][pb50!b200][vc60][iUe12,26,9!Uh14,3]&pref=Gstockcharts.com [l,a]daclyiay[dc][pb50!b200][vc60][iUe12,26,9!Uh14,3]&pref=G
