When were simms first used on Nuclear Subs.
What was the first sams equivalent manuals used on nuclear warhead capable fleet surface antisubmarine missile systems. I authored it as a college student in 3 months. It won a few Navy awards.

Serving in the military in no way qualifies one to be able to plan. It may give valuable experience or not. Systems engineering is all about planning for everything.
