Thanks. Yes, I saw the article when it first came out. I do spend more time at the computer than I really should, because most of my work is as it, plus some of my play (including SI). but I'm carefull to take frequent breaks, look away from the screen as i type (the blessing of having been taught to touch type in high school by a teacher who would stand behind us and whack the top of our heads with a pencil when we made a mistake), and have special glasses just for use on the computer. That last is very important to avoid eye strain. Not every prescriber knows how to prescribe for a computer prescription, so be sure to find one who does.
