Waypoint Financial acts as the holding company for Waypoint Bank, which serves individuals and business customers through 58 branches in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The company, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS Banks sub-industry.
