Your in with EV-v @$ .26 for 38,461 shares.

Chart for Erin Ventures, Inc:

From the chart of EV we can see the stock has been in a downtrend for the last month and now has resistance @$ .29 where it's major MA's have converged. The chart indicators are still bearish but the stock is looking a tad oversold suggesting a bounce up to test resistance is probable.

Erin Ventures, further to its report in Stockwatch on Aug. 19, 2002, has
confirmed the completion of a private placement of 500,000 units at a price
of 25 cents per unit, realizing total proceeds of $125,000. Each unit
consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant
entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of
35 cents per share if exercised by Sept. 25, 2003. The units are subject to
a hold period expiring Jan. 9, 2003.
