>>So your point is that Zeev can't see in the future and, maybe, even, he has no right to adjust his predictions to the reaction of the market to unanticipated events?<<

Nobody can, or will. You missed the entire point.

>>Look, you just heard his forecast. If you don't like it, ignore it. Arguing on the finer details seems so non productive.<<

It's not meant to be argumentative. These "finer details" you refer to, are what leaves a call very open ended and lacking definition. A implosion was called for without exception, it didn't happen via price, and is now substantiated by "exuberance was lacking in depth and breadth" after the fact of price not going the way of the call - had he of said a market implosion might be avoided by _____ indicator during the call, it would be more helpfull in understanding the strength or weakness of his position. This is fine, and change is good, but all there is now is a possible 1900+ next year, most likely no new lows in the next three months with a possible excursion to 1222 this year, with the .50 cut.

That covers a lot of ground, and provides plenty of wiggle room, which it ought to - but is hardly deserving of Zeev pulling up a post from most recent, 6 months from now saying "see".
