Harvey:

"Replayed the Road Show last night. Lots of good stuff there makes more sense now that the TI news is out."

Yeah...Aside from the tie to TXN at .13um, EMS holds out tremendous promise over the next few years as EMS revenues are projected to exceed Ampy etc. revenues based upon the HP and Cypress deals now in place...(Doubling of revenues in FY03 not too far-fetched in such a scenario)...

"Check out the closing remarks that TI is non-royalty agreement."

RMTR's deal with TXN has been license to date but at .13um royalties are waived in return for access to foundry, which RMTR has deemed as more importantr to RMTR future growth, was what I heard...With the TXN foundry/development alliance, RMTR's future visibility is about 100 times clearer!!!

(I can't imagine more important news to RMTR than the TXN endorsement issued by TXN on Thursday...Too early to tell the market's overall take on the news, but the next month's RMTR trading volumes and price range should provide a clue!!!)...and let us not forget that oodles of other high-octane announcements (in discussion with 3 other majors)are in the wings!!!
