That's an indicator of over breathing. Your body produces mucous to slow the amount of air entering the body. Obviously, the body knows what it's doing......the more your nose is stuffed, the less air you are able to take in.

Of course, you can bypass your nose like I did; then the body has you contract asthma. I wish the body would issue a bill of rights early on so you know what its limits are. Had it done so, I could have avoided this whole asthma thing. ;~))
