Dear Jeb: Much of what you say is true but IMHO until we find a way to secure our borders Homeland Security is going to be pretty full of holes. Many thinking people feel its going to take the military or the National guard but there are so many liberals out there that somehow feel its an invasion of our rights? Seems to me the best protection is prevention at the borders, to protect the interior probably WILL require surrender of rights many of us would rather not surrender. Dont know why people dont see it that way? jdn
