That's the point. The dishonesty of the GOP blame-game knows no bounds. The ground rules are: "whatever you can get away with in a 30-second soundbite", because they figure they figure they can prevent any accountability through media control and the presidential podium-puppet who takes no questions. The money for the Big Dig was requested by a Republican Governor, was appropriated by a Republican Congress, was enthusiastically supported by two Republican Governors and you guys try to claim that Kennedy was solely responsible.
