Truthie,

I suspect Gilder is not broke. In reality, IMO he probably has squirreled away enough through overseas or family accounts, or perhaps Florida bankruptcy loopholes. Kind of reminds me of the person who couldn't pay interest on a fine but had oodles of property and cars. Scamsters find ways of keeping ill gotten gains and it indeed does hurt us. It really is hard enough to make money on a level playing field. When scamsters can get away with fleecing the public, it must be exposed. I'm just not sure that posting all this on a XYBR board really helps or hurts that message.

Sincerely,

RRUFFF

OT: Do you know anything about the status of those multiple class action suits? Please let the TERN thread know if and when you do. Laugh as you will, I believe I've already laughed last.

Bitterness? You are so bitter you can't even acknowledge the subject matter at hand(Pluvia's undeniably FALSE short report), neither to confirm nor deny.

Are you aware that Terayon not only sold Cable Labs DOCSIS certified products when Pluvia wrote in no uncertain terms that they did not(and that their failure to offer DOCSIS products would spell their downfall), but that they also actually had been a consulting member of Cables Labs itself for some time(I believe there were only four companies chosen to work on the DOCSIS standard, and TERN was one)?

Do you think claiming a company doesn't offer important products in its field, when in fact they do offer them, is an ethical sort of thing to include in a short report? If either of you(you and Pluvia) were motivated by anything other than greed and the slaughtering of sheep, you'd have admitted to and corrected the gross lie offered concerning TERN, long ago.

Cats got your tongue, apparantly. It's boring asking you to acknowledge the truth, 'cause it ain't gonna happen. Bitter you must be, indeed! You laugh as you will...I just can't believe you are so stupid you imagine that ignoring the crime commited against Terayon makes you look like an honest scum finding do-gooder. Dude, it only shows you are willing to cheat and support lies...never a good thing.

Re: "CLASS ACTION SUITS COMING ALONG AT TERAYON? DID ANY OF THEM MENTION PLUVIA?"

Nope, but on the other hand, lead plaintiff Cardinal Partners are known to have employed the folks who busted into the infamous Terayon conference call. Cardinal partners has been booted from the suit for bashing TERN while suffering huge losses in it's TERN short position, and I could quote you Pluvia calling the dudes who busted up the Conference call "our guys." Hmmm....hey, did ya ever ask the techies on SI how come S-CDMA made DOCSIS when they were so sure it had no real value (despite selling hugely and working well everywhere but in the U.S. where DOCSIS rules and now includes it?).

It's good when you uncover lying companies. Very bad that I'm forced to believe you are a SHEEPSEEKER who profits from those who follow you, every chance you get.
