All the more so, especially when others had tried to silence him in the past when he was posting GATA views and news. A time was when some super arrogant folks told Doug to stop posting GATA stuff, and one of them had early on apparently ridiculed GATA. To him GATA seemed to be an acronymn for "Got Another Theory Amigo". To some nose-in-the-air fellas, GATA was a joke and/or a phony organization. Yet, overtime, it became resoundingly clear that GATA had not been barking up the wrong tree. Indeed, all along Doug was right in posting GATA stuff which offered yet another view of the gold scenario. Yet I see no one acknowledging (or having acknowledged) his contribution, even when several groups have already acknowledged credibility of GATA's findings and views. Thus it seems to me this GPM thread has devolved into one for folks who would not tolerate contra-opinions. How arrogant and intolerant can some posters get!!! More power to Doug for not having collapsed under pressure to abandon GATA!
