I added a little NBR here, holding onto lots of buying power though in case we see OSX 80.

Lehman has updated their report and shows 1.2% decline this quarter. With these high decline rates maybe we need to hold $4.5 for E&P's to make a profit.

On increasing Iraqi production. It seems production wont be impacting prices any time soon after Iraqi assets are taken in one piece.
