...but don't hold your breath!
There is nothing in Saddam's past to indicate any kind of suicidal tendencies.

No committee of Iraq has any power to reject/accept anything. It is just a way to pretend to express Iraqi people's dissatisfaction with the US/UN. I bet secretly they wish the US would just attack and get rid of Saddam.

I am sure the answer will be that he complies..but in the days leading up to it he is putting on a show of defiance and unity.

The big question is: if he accepts, does the market rally?

btw--If by chance you are right and he rejects, one has to wonder what type of weaponry he has (biological, chemical, nuclear) at his disposal to take up such a stand against the US/UN.
