well if ya hadnt noticed the market was dropped into the jan 1991 options expiration which was coincident with daddy bush's deadline for saddam to chit ir git outa kuwait....funny thing ....this friday is another dedline and a nudder options expiration...the world is ruled by wall st and the huge money at stake ....a decline to at least 8200 into expiration would be no surprise.....and as is usually the case during the week of expiration ..it can look ugly one day and very pretty the next.....,

I'm replying, but not in response to your question to Da Chief, instead to your comment: "so if everyone is scared of war....we will probably ramp like a mutta the minute we touch Persian soil"

Everyone is right to be scared of war, on both sides.

But finishing off this madman sets in motion positive scenarios that will take on a life of their own across many areas. For decades saddams' been protected by UN, has been terrorizing citizens, without compassion, understanding or recrimination. Hundreds of thousand have suffered and died under his reign of terror.

Sadam has been an equal opportunity hater, he has slaughtered and wounded without regard to race, creed or branched ethnicity. He's plain and simple a DESPOT.We Should celebrate his immediate end.

The UN is also on trial right now, that body is made up of hundreds of voters without any legitimacy what so ever. UN membership isnt based on democracy or fair play or any ethical standard, it's based on politics of power, lies and corruption at home can land you a seat in a world body where then your private values can be dressed up and projected outward onto a world stage despite their root depravity.

Americans need not be impressed with anything said by this body. While the UN was founded in a good spirit, it has become by it's function, a hideout for hegemony and corruptness.

Americans citizens should never subject our life and values to this agency, the guy sitting at the table with a translator on his head, may have in fact been the same guy pulling the trigger on some innocent who looked at him the wrong way back home. The UN has no standards, and for me until it does, it has no voice.

Celebrate Saddams demise, damn right.
