It is a fact that under Clinton, HUD was out of control. Absolutely true. The number of agencies blowing through trillions in all administrations since Nixon is legion. Bush retains his reputation as a crook, tho', by being the one who fired her as she was tracking this down. He's the same guy who said of Paul Wellstone, "Who is that asshole?" Also by his son Neal, the S&L crook who cost taxpayers a billion or so. And by hiding all possible records of their complicity in such schemes going back to Reagan/Bush by hiding presidential papers going back 20 years.
