I know, but who's got the patience for the debate, better to find a way to implement the same thing nationally with existing laws and let the officials talk themselves blue in the face. The less we depend on gov't legislation to solve our problems the better. That's why it cracks me up to hear all sides in the Beltway debates and news conferences talk about "how hard we're going to work! We're going to get things done !!". ... No, no, please, don't, just play some golf, take a few bribes, call yourself a hero, and go home early. Much less damaging to the country.
