Clinton put a solid foundation in place in which the economy could grow. Of course he didn't make every job or start every company. The single most important thing he did was put the governments economy in order, eliminate the deficit spending through a more balanced system of revenue and expense, those who receive the most benefit accept the most responsibility. Junior basicly just looted the cookie jar. He dispursed the federal treasury to friends and family and then just let the system collapse. It's still imploding at an accelerated rate as he figures out how to squeeze even more profit. The boom was not all balloon, and the collapse is not all a pop. This is the difference between "It's the economy, stupid!" and "It's a stupid guy playing with the economy". TP Got It?
