More recently, on PBS's Commanding Heights, I learned a new day of days -- the day that the Russian government legalized private business. All of a sudden, no more shortages -- in just one day it all changed. It took more than guns, tanks and bullets, it also took ideas -- good ideas, and people who were willing to stand up for them.
