Whoever wrote that, wherever you heisted it from, the author reveals a considerable ignorance of the current situation with respect to US demand for mideast oil, and the dynamics of OPEC.

I have posted a summary in the past on this thread. I'd be happy to review this again for your benefit, as I realize you are fairly new here.
