start with SEC

There is ample evidence that the administration is pursuing those who acted improperly in the Enron/Worldcom situation as they should. There is absolutely ZERO evidence to suggest that anyone connected with EITHER incident has been "let off the hook". The truth of the matter that is that the Bush administration acted with absolute integrity in the matter, and the only bad behavior in the situation was on the part of a former Clinton administration official who attempted to have the Bush administration intervene fraudulently (he was clearly accustomed to the standards set by his former boss<g>)..

Then look at DOD and DOJ's FOIA changes, google will show articles

While there are tons of references, I find no references to "changes" under the Bush administration. Perhaps you could be more specific with your allegations.

Suddenly, without precedent, 20 YEARS OF PRESIDENTIAL PAPERS HAVE BEEN WHITHHELD FROM FOIA EXAMINATION, GOING BACK TO REAGAN

I'm not sure which papers you're referring to, but presidential papers don't automatically fall under the FOIA. So, unless you can be more specific, I don't think you prove your point. However, Bush has been clear that he believes presidential power has been eroded, and he intends to stop it. The courts will resolve it in due time. So what's your problem? It clearly isn't politically motivated as he is also refusing to provide documents that could well lead to an indictment of Clinton.

Congress was rushed into accepting the Patriot Act without reading it

Who are you blaming for THIS? It is important to note that the majority of legislation that passes is never read by members of congress; that's what they have staffers for. But if a member voted on legislation without reading it, I can't imagine why you would blame Bush, rather than the particular congressman, for doing that.

I have to work. I'll see if I can respond to this other stuff later....
