Just checking for new tech docs and noticed that all models of 2400+, 2600+ and 2700+, either FSB speed have the same Vcc, 1.65v and the same thermal power rating - 62w typical, 68.3w max.

By comparison, the 2100+ (180nm) used 64.3 typical, 72 max at 1.75v

Lets not try any extrapolations based on this, however! <g>

Actually, for a while there were two versions of the 2600+, one ran at 1.65 and one ran at 1.7. Apparently no more.
