First of all, former weapons inspector Ritter says he did comply That just proves that he is either a liar or an idiot. Richard Butler, the head of the inspection team says Ritter is FOS. And since everybody knows he is wrong, Why even bring him up in the first place? It is exceptionally unlikely that Saddam will comply. He has never done so in the past, only pretended to comply. There is no track record, no reasonable assumption to be made otherwise. You have only your partisan rhetoric, to justify your position.
