It is interesting that they are not holding the meeting at a hotel this year. Either a symbolic and prudent step to cut costs and use the new facility, or a sign of desperation. Anyone going? I will probably be there and would like to hook up with anyone from SI who is there.

(the "Company") to be held on Thursday, December 12, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of our wholly owned subsidiary, Luminent, Inc., 20550 Nordhoff St., Chatsworth, CA 91311> Have not searched real hard, but so far have not found anything that confirms above. Can someone point me to the "official announcement". I want to look into making travel plans.
