On a US domestic flight, one is not required to exhibit his/her Green Card or passport. A Resident Alien (Green Card holder) needs to have the thing available to show at any time required by law enforcement. A passport can be left at home. A driver license is sufficient ID. The question then is : How do u tell some one is of ME origin ? profile on the name ? some other basis ? Hey I've been pulled up more than once, and I'm neither muslim nor of ME origin.
