Dealer, I've been buying the stock. Solid company. One of my turtles. Primarily want the dividend yield. Have sold some covered calls on it, too.

With the whack it took today, I started to look at some calls. It tends to be quite sensitive to negative news. Buy the dips.

Also added CNP and EP, 9.78% and 11.6% dividend yields respectfully. Bit risky with the trading scandals in the energy trading business, credit-ratings downgrades, and questionable if they maintain the dividends, but I'll take the risk. Besides, I'm like Buffet, bullish on utilities, both energy and telecommunication companies.

UBS Warburg says that BRCM's CEO and CFO gave some positive comments ahead of today's UBS telecom conference; according to firm, co said activity in the months of Oct and Nov has been much improved.
