There is a possibility that Saddam may be murdered if he says NO this Friday! That will reverse the ROLL on to Iraq.
I say this because his son, Uday, is in favor of arms inspection.

But I have the feeling many are hoping there will be war for all sorts of reasons which are best left unsaid.

Regardless of war or not, it is going to be a win-win-win situation for the Coalition, politically and, hopefully, economically too, IMHO.
