Herb Greenberg RFMD in Default on Synthetic Leases 11/12/02 08:01 PM ET RF Micro Devices (RFMD:Nasdaq) discloses in its 10-Q today that it's in default on its synthetic leases. The outstanding obligation is $86 million. The company has received a waiver from its lender until Nov. 20. Paying off the debt will put the company in a negative net-cash position. The company currently has $337 million in cash and $295 million in debt. na
