governmental accounting ... fails to address perhaps the MOST FUNDAMENTAL principle of accounting, that of MATCHING REVENUE AND EXPENSE Of course. Current budget proposals are a totally corrupt fabrication. There are no consequences, when excuses are made by everyone, and the media is complicit. The propaganda campaign against the American people is in hyperdrive, nearly everything you see or read in the media is polluted by millions of words issued every day by self-interested officials. The only answer is to protect oneself, and to help get the word out.
