I am thinking about the possibility of this tape being a fake but the government orchestrating that it is genuine. The purpose would be to flush some terrorists out of their holes. Such deception would be very British, and pale in complexity to that which they did in WWII. (read about Garbo and the setup to fake out Hitler during the invasion of Normandy) If we see a bunch of arrests and/or "geo-political risks" (http://www.washtimes.com/national/20021105-6373589.htm) eliminated over the next few weeks, this would be all the confirmation of the theory that we would ever get.
