people here post, maybe because they have time to think, sometimes the right thing and sometimes the wrong thing and sometimes somewhere in between...what about the rest ? its still a don't worry be happy world for most...the locals around here seem just as concerned about school pools closing and getting electricity rebates...very few realize that in most countries you don't just flick on power for air conditioners, heat, water, yada yada and blame someone when the bills come in...
