Right now, Kazaa has 3.75M people sharing 600M files, 4.5M GB. I read that they have 113M members. Maybe, only old music will be free and, maybe, new music that is not free will become irrelevant.

I have no trouble with that if the entertainment industry were more kind to the artists and the consumers. One thing I really hate is to buy a CD because you like a song you heard and then find that the rest is crap. Isn't this bundling what msft got sued and piloried for?
