Hi Eric,

I've never watched this indicator, however, I went to a long term chart to try and see if I could understand you. While into the chart I saw a gap left open from 1992, which looks to be lower than LSI's most recent new low. Unfortunately, the chart I am referring to is not available on-line (it's on a brokerage site which is closed to the public), so if you have charts that can select specific time frames I would be interested in zooming in on that gap for an exact number which I couldn't get from the brokerage chart.

Normally I prefer to buy stocks that have been beaten up and left for dead, but there are so many daytraders still working the techs that I don't think we can get the kind of washout you speak of unless these cockroaches are wiped out of the market first.

Until then we seem to be trading the traders.

Thanks for the idea on OBV. Will have to learn more about it.

E
