Well here we are...the DJIA lingering just below the ACT...just above an IHS breakout. Nowhere to go but up or down. It doesn't matter what it looks like. It doesn't matter what anyone sees or says. Whatever way it goes tomorrow...jump on that direction... I can't say I have any opinion on CHTR at this point. I suppose that means I don't like it...but...as far as itsy-bitsy ones that I've mentioned recently...SBAC has some potential again. And if you hesitated on VIGN at 1.09 or below... cut that out.
