Oh, we do that. All listings get full color brochures professionally done, in house, btw. Yes, it can be expensive if you don't know what you are doing. And yes a few listers want to see their house in those glossy mags at the grocery store too. And they get it. Usually runs about 500 a page. Certainly not prohibitive.
