Very few south of the forty-ninth, probably less than ninety per cent, retain that ugly-yanqui Manifest Destiny philosophy of looting the neighbours for territory and treasure [at least on this continent, remains to be seen on the others, the zionist advances into arab lands we watch with concern], this business of the Commerzwaffe assault on British Columbia is very much an aberration, only possible because their domestic populace hasn't heard of what they're doing, and in any case is not prosecuted with tanks and artillery [yet], only so far with bullshit trade policy ....... this is good, well partly good, as far as it goes, because it is not practical for us to replace the USA with our preferred neighbours of Denmark Holland and New Zealand, as their combined land surface will not fill up that slot on the globe, we need a nation of more than middling size, to avoid needless expenditure on construction of ferries to México, so alright, we've got the US next door, and truth be told, we could probably do worse in that size range
