Jim, I wanted to congratulate you on a great article. You spelled out the arguments and summarized them in language everyone should be able to understand. I have been very busy lately but should be back to normal by this weekend. A quick question for you. What type of tax cuts do you want to see, corporate, payroll or accelerate the 2001 tax bill. Once again, great article.
